Item Description

1997 International 2554 - Runs decent, minor misfire at startup but clears shortly after.  Brakes do need to be fixed, should not be driven off lot.  Good tires, all hydraulics and controls are in working order.  Typical salt truck rot, nothing super bad.  Comes with 11 foot plow and 10 foot wing, spreader not included.

They are too far out of adjustment and the slack adjusters are to rusted to adjust them.
