Item Description
Flex Y Plan Office Workstation with Bookshelf, Lateral File and Chair (Lot 3)
Offered for auction to highest bidder is a Flex-Y-Plan Office Furniture U-shaped modular workstation with matching bookshelf, an Eck Adams Proformance Armless Chair, and a 42” 2-drawer file cabinet. The workstation is of high quality construction and very durable. The desk, overhead storage module and bookshelf are in excellent condition with no apparent blemishes. The chair is in very good condition with minimal wear. The lateral file cabinet is in good condition. Additional information offered below:
The workstation consists of six individual sections fastened together to form a “U” shaped workstation. The front side measures 24” Deep X 42” Wide and has two metal desk drawers and a single metal file drawer on the inside right. The corner section measures 36” Deep X 36” Wide. Both the front and corner sections have a full vertical modesty panel. To the left of the corner section is a 24” Deep X 48” Wide worksurface. Perpendicular to this section is a 24” Deep X 36” Wide worksurface, with a 24” Deep X 48” Wide worksurface adjacent to it (overall length 24” + 36” + 48”). An overhead storage module measuring 48” Wide is included. The overhead storage module includes a single shelf and flipper door but can be lifted off of the work surface if the buyer wishes to place the workstation under a window. The storage module also comes with a fabric tack board and one under cabinet fluorescent task light. All vertical surfaces are “tranquility gray” laminate while the horizontal surfaces and flipper doors are “blueberry matrix” laminate. Each of the individual worksurface components can be disassembled and reconfigured to fit your office space.
The matching Flex Y Plan 5-shelf bookcase is in excellent condition. The two vertical sides, along with the top and bottom shelves, are constructed of “tranquility gray” laminate, with three fixed position metal shelves in the middle.
A 42” 2-drawer file cabinet is included and will fit beneath the 48” worksurface described above and as pictured in the photos.
An Eck Adams Proformance armless task chair in a purple patterned fabric is included to complete the office workstation.
All items are offered for sale with no warranty or guaranty expressed or implied. All prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the furniture or ask questions before bidding. - Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
