Indiana County Municipal Services Authority, (ICMSA) as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to property offered for sale. . 2006 Ford Ranger XLT 4 WD is offered for sale "AS IS".
Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between bidder and Authority. Payment in full is due no later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or ICMSA reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Indiana County Municipal Services Authority in the form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to “ICMSA”, 602 Kolter Drive, Indiana, PA 15701. The successful bidder shall remove the item within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Please note, upon removal of the property all sales are final. Refunds will not be given for items not picked up by the deadline. ICMSA reserves the right to reject any bids received and to award to the vendor of its choice.
Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the 2005 Ford Ranger. Delivery is not available. ICMSA not responsible for the 2006 Ford Ranger once it has left ICMSA's property.
The 2006 Ford may be picked up at the Creekside Sewage Treatment Plant located at 5360 Route 954 Hwy. Creekside , PA15732.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
