This ladder has been in continuous fire service since 2005. As of the posting of this sale the engine and ladder was working properly. There are two new tires on the rear. All aerial ladder testing reports available.
This Ladder is being sold as is, no expressed warranty, and in the condition(s) found currently and upon purchase, transfer of title, and when taking possession of the ladder truck.
1. A crack in the plate which holds the torque box (picture included)
2. The radiator is showing signs of aging and wear.

Estimate of the repair of the torque box crack was not completed as service dealer was waiting to hear back from manufacturer.

We will be applying for a grant and that is one reason we will ask for the written statement as well as generally to absolve us from any potential liability. As far as we know the torque box is not an issue it is the crack on the supporting framework that holds it. A repair of the crack and certification that the ladder is serviceable may be possible but beyond our knowledge to determine that.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
