2010 Dodge,Charger with 5.7 liter HEMI and auto transmission. The vehicle has 82,039 miles on the odometer. Vehicle is equipped with power windows, locks and power front seat. Vehicle will need a jump start from sitting.
Vehicle is being sold with the pictured emergency equipment remaining, console, rear transport seat. (original rear seat NOT available) The vinyl POLICE lettering will be removed prior to sale. The vehicle has all the typical mounting holes from police emergency equipment mounting. Body and tires in good condition. Inspected thru 04/18.
The vehicle is being sold as is and where is. The Township of Spring reserves the right ot reject any and all bids.
The successful bidder shall make payment in the form of Certified Bank Check, money order or cash, and remove the vehicle within 15 days.

Vehicle has a dead battery from sitting and non-use, probably will need a battery replacement. No known mechanical problems. Vote will take place on Monday night at 7PM, Board of Supervisors required to authorize the selling of the vehicle, not overly concerned about the price. Successful bidder can pay for and pick up the following day.

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
