Union Township, Washington County, is selling a 2004 Kubota Lawn Tractor, as is, with no warranties.
DETAILS
Used Kubota 3-Cylinder Diesel Lawn Tractor with 60" Deck. Serial No. 50988 2004 4WD
3-Cylinder Lawn Tractor was used daily by municipality.for approximately 1379 Hours. Poor Condition. Tractor has issues but still works. Needs TLC.and servicing. Municipality replaced the tractor with a new one.
- Four Wheel Drive is working.
- Tractor starts and runs
- Broken hood latch
- Rear wheels/tires are new. Front tires are in good condition
- Mower deck needs welding/repairs
- Gear Box needs re-built bearings/seals
- Pulleys and bearings are noisy
- Deck guide wheels are worn/broken and need to be replaced
- Lights - all broken or missing
- All linkages are worn
- Fuel tank leaks

The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The tractor will be awarded, if appropriate, at a meeting convening at 7:00 p.m. of the Board of Supervisors on October 24, 2016, at the Union Township Municipal Building, 3904 Finleyville-Elrama Road, Finleyville, PA 15332. Buyer is responsible for pickup and applicable taxes. Payment must be made by certified check and must be received in the office prior to or upon pick-up of the item. Item must be picked up at least two weeks after the bid is awarded, prior to the next Regular Board Meeting.

Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
