Fabrication date on the unit is November 2009. It was used to heat the whole building which was around 9000 ft.². It could be used to heat domestic water with the right Equipment added to it.

I'm not sure of the weight, but we can load it onto a truck or trailer.

It is still in a climate controlled space. We drained the water and disconnected the gas service. We have not moved it yet.

The A/C for the building was shot, we upgraded to a commercial mini split system.
