Payment Details
After township notification of bid award, successful bidder must provide a ten (10%) percent bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier’s check, or money order payable to Stroud Township within seven (7) calendar days. The balance of awarded bid price shall be paid in the form of certified check, bank cashier’s check, or money order payable to Stroud Township within fourteen (14) days of township notification of bid award. The failure to pay balance within fourteen (14) days shall result in cancellation of bid acceptance and forfeiture of the 10 percent bid security. Stroud Township may then accept the next highest bid or re-advertise the item(s) at its option. Successful bidder pays 6% sales tax at title and tag agency at transaction completion. The Stroud Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.

2001 Sterling Acterra with a 5.9L Cummins Diesel engine. Automatic transmission. 81,714.9 miles.
Comes with a 10' Fisher plow, fully functioning but needs some metal work.
Steel body and steel spreader which functions properly. Truck just needs a spinner.
Truck runs and drives well, it was used as our backup truck the past couple seasons. Truck was just inspected this month. Sold as-is where is.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
