Payment Details
The successful bidder shall make payment to the Township of Upper St. Clair in the form of cash or certified check. Successful bidder shall remove the equipment within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment unless other arrangements are made with the Assistant Township Manager. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the equipment. Delivery is not available. The Township of Upper St. Clair is not responsible for the equipment once it has left Township property.

Vehicle used as a primary patrol vehicle until 2 months ago.
Vehicle has normal wear and tear, plus some scuff marks and a few small dents
The emergency equipment has been removed from the vehicle. This has left some holes on the roof and interior.
Vehicle is being sold "as-is".
Vehicle is driveable, but the inspection/emission expired 4/25.
A/C is working.
Vehicle makes a rattling noise when idling.

- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
