East Bradford Township is selling a 2015 Bob cat T650 Track loader: Specs are as follows:
2015 Bob cat T650 track skid steer with bucket.
- Diesel engine.

- Switchable controls.
- Bobtach.
- High flow hydraulics
- Supplied as seen in photos, with one bucket.
- Interior in good condition.
- AM/FM radio.
- AC.
The bad:
- Tracks are wearing thin and will need replaced in the near future.

East Bradford Township, as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Skid steer is being sold on an “As is, where is” basis. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to East Bradford Township in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order, made payable to East Bradford Township, 676 Copeland School Rd. West Chester, PA 19380. Successful bidder shall remove item(s) within seven (7) days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and to award to the vendor of choice. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up Skid steer. Delivery is not available. The Township is not responsible for Skid steer once it has left Township property.
East Bradford Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Skid steer can be picked up at the East Bradford Public Works Facility located at 678 Copeland School Road, West Chester PA 19380.
Bid will be awarded at the East Bradford Township Board of Supervisors meeting on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!! Due to a schedule conflict, the Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled for June 5th has been moved to June 12th, therefore the Board approval will not happen until June 12th, so we cannot release the item until the next day. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause!!

If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.
- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
