Description: Listed for bid is a surplus Aircraft Deicing Unit (NO RESERVE).
Origin: Acquired from two businesses on the airfield by the Reading Regional Airport Authority. The tools and equipment belonged to the previous tenant.
Condition: Sold as is, with no known history by RRAA. Not required for airport use and being sold as surplus. Running Condition when Parked

Reading Regional Airport Authority (RRAA) expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no case will failure to inspect constitute grounds for the withdrawal of a bid. Bidders attending during the exhibition, inspection, sale or removal of items assume all risks of injury, damage or loss to persons and/or property and specifically release RRAA from liability therefrom. RRAA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bidders are responsible for all fees associated with titles, transfers and licensing and removal of items, if applicable. The winning bidder will be notified within three (3) days of the award of bid by the Reading Regional Airport Authority representative.

Upon bidding bidders release RRAA and its officers, employees and agents from and against any and all losses, costs, (including but not limited to, litigation and settlement costs and counsel fees and expenses), claims, suits, actions, damages, liability, expenses, occasioned wholly or impart by bidder's act or omission or negligence or fault or the act or omission or negligence or fault of the bidder's agents, subcontractors, independent contractors, supplies, employees, or servants in connection with participation in the RRAA online property sale and any other activities governed by these terms and conditions, including but not limited to, those in connection with loss of life, bodily injury, personal injury, damage to property, contamination or adverse effects on the environment, intentional acts, failure to pay such any subcontractors and supplies, or any breach of these terms and conditions.

Our Buyers Fees

With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
