This vehicle is being sold in �as is� condition. No warranties are expressed or implied. The township reserves the right to reject all bids. The vehicle must be picked up within 10 days of the close of the auction. Payment will be made at time of pick up. Payment can be made by cash, certified check, money order or cashier�s check. Buyer is also responsible for all fees in regards to title transfer. Buyer must also be present to transfer and receive the title. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
