#4. Do all emergency lights work as they should?
#5. Any check engine lights on and what is the issue code if light is on?
#6. Any fluid leaks from the engine, transmission or rear differential?
#7. Does the unit have the original engine and transmission?
#8. With the stated brake issues can the truck be driven onto a transport trailer without issues?" - Asked by #48619948 04/21/2025 04:58 PM |

#1) Unsure what the build date is, Osage received the ambulance on 12/26/14 with 3,000 miles on it. #2) There is some small paint damage on the back drivers corner where the paint is off, it's been like this with no change for over 5 years. #3) We have never had any issues with the Heat/AC. #4) The only light that does not work is the strip light on the front corner, all other lights work, the strip has been out for almost 5 years and the ambulance was still in service without issues. #5) there are no check engine lights on, however there is an ABS light on, My fleet guy said the brake booster will likely ]leed to be replaced, it currently does not have brakes at all. #6) There are no known fluid leaks from the vehicle. #7) The vehicle does move forward and backwards however there are no brakes, I would strongly recommend having a truck or trailer with a winch to pull the vehicle up.
