The successful bidder shall make payment to Conoy Township in the form of a cashier's check or certified check, made payable to Conoy Township, 211 Falmouth Road, Bainbridge, PA 17502. The successful bidder shall remove the item within ten business days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. The successful bidder shall be responsible for all costs incurred for title transfer as may be required. All equipment offered for sale within this listing is offered for sale "As Is with No Warranties or Guarantees."

Item Description

Kubota Front Mower Model F3060. 5,214 hours. Kawasaki engine, runs, mows, hydrostatic pedal on the floor, mower deck flips up for easy maintenance, is 4-wheel drive but needs new drive shaft but does mow with 2-wheel drive. New extra parts for mower included.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
