The successful bidder shall make payment to Conoy Township in the form of a cashier's check or certified check, made payable to Conoy Township, 211 Falmouth Road, Bainbridge, PA 17502. The successful bidder shall remove the item within ten business days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. The successful bidder shall be responsible for all costs incurred for title transfer as may be required. All equipment offered for sale within this listing is offered for sale "As Is with No Warranties or Guarantees."

1978 Clark - Austin Western Grader Model 301P. 6-cylinder diesel engine, 12v electrical system, fully hydraulic disc brakes, 8 speed transmission, grading blade measures 13' x 26" x 3/4", power slide, one way snow blade, weighs approx. 27,540 lbs., full enclosed cab, rust spots on cab area, currently runs and operates. Hydraulic leaks in a few cylinders. Approx. 7,899 hours.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
