"C-12 with very low miles/hours. Biggest thing with C-12 engines is coolant in the oil, unless it has high mileage then camshaft failure, but that is generally 500-750,000 miles. So check your oil for any signs of rust or coolant. Can be coming from water pump, oil cooler or worse thing would be liner orings. HAS THE ENGINE SHOWN ANY OF THESE SIGNS? What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
