Item Description
Offered for bid is a Goodman Air Conditioning & Heating natural gas fueled furnace (plenum is included).
The furnace is being removed from one of the Authority's residential properties that is currently under complete renovation. The HVAC contractor completing the work advised the furnace being offered is too large for the structure and recommended installing a unit that was sized more appropriately.
Please review the photo of the furnace tag that lists all of the specifics for the unit including the serial number.
Also, review the photo of the information that lists all of the specifics including model and manufacture date for the unit. This information was obtained by entering the unit serial number into the warranty lookup area of the Goodman Air Conditioning & Heating website.
The unit was last operated the winter of 2023. The unit was positioned in a dry basement and is in very good condition.
The equipment is being sold "As-Is" with no warranty expressed or implied. The Housing & Redevelopment Authorities of the County of Butler (Pennsylvania) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
The Authority staff will remove the unit and provide the winning bidder with assistance loading the unit.

Hello, I needed to double check with our inspector to be sure the information I provided was correct. No air conditioning equipment is included. The evaporator pump depicted in the photo is included and was used for the removal of condensation only.
