Item Description

For sale, a used vertical screw press made by Somat in 2012. Comes with 5hp muffin monster grinder with control panel, polymer system with ProMix-S control panel, chemical pump delivery system, polymer floc tank with overflow sensor, vfd control cabinet with control screen, fault status automatic shut off panel, 2 vertical screw press towers, pressure tank, metal frame with platform and ladder. All motors, vfd's, processors, electrical plans, and spare parts are included with sale. Scheduled decommission of the equipment will take place around Sept. 20th and the highest bidder will need to come collect the unit at the municipal sewage treatment plant. The press will continue to operate until then and bidders are welcome to come take a look during this time. See contact info.

A:	4" flanges. The muffin monster has not had any issues. The system was purchased and installed in 2013. Overall, the system is operating well. Reason for selling is upgrading to a larger capacity press. Currently the press is taking 36gpm and we need to go higher. -Answered on 08/29/2024 08:39 AM

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
