Item Description
For sale is a New Holland ts100 tractor with Alamo boom mower. Boom mower has a 60” HDF mower head. Tractor has 5,400 hrs. Tractor and boom mower both work as they should. Tractor was just serviced and is ready to be put to work. The one cylinder on the boom leaks a little and should be rebuilt. This has been a very reliable machine for the township, only selling because we have updated to a new mower. The tractor is being sold “As is” with no warranty or guarantee. Ross Township has the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be a certified bank check made payable to Ross Township. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
