Payment Details
Winning bidder must provide payment within 1 week of auction ending. If payment is not received within 1 week, the 2nd highest bidder will be considered the winner. Cash, Cashier's check (bank check), or certified check payable to the Town of Meredith are acceptable forms of payment. Item must be picked up within one week of auction ending unless the Town has agreed on a later pick up date. All Town items are sold as is-where is with no warranties either expressed or implied.
Item Description
12 ft. aluminum Sears boat with a Mercury 4hp outboard and a Minn Kota trolling motor. This was a "found" item that has gone unclaimed and has been cleared for auction by the Meredith Police Department. Items are being sold together "as is" and it is unknown if the engines are in running condition.

This was a "found" item and has not been used or inspected. The town does not have any additional information regarding the boat and motors, nor do we know if they're functional.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
