Unit was purchased new by our public works department and is being replaced due to 10 year replacement program, everything functions as it should and truck is in immaculate condition. Truck was always kept indoors, undercarriage treated with fluid film before each winter, washed after each use and serviced regularly (maintenance records on file) You will not find a cleaner truck.
All equipment included in sale includes Viking Metro MR-1036FE 10'x36" power angle plow, smith UT6 stainless conveyor and poly spinner, truck is equipped with a 10ft stainless Galion dump bed and an electric aero tarp
all identifiable lettering will be removed before sale
AUCTION RESULTS WILL BE VOTED ON BY BOROUGH COUNCIL AND MUST BE APPROVED.

Richland Borough, as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Vehicle being sold "As Is" basis. So please be sure to inspect the equipment
Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Borough reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Richland Borough in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, or money order, made payable to Richland Borough, 5 Pine st Richland PA 17087. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven calendar days following the award and receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. Auction results WILL BE VOTED ON and the Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. PICKUP IS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00AM- 2:00PM

EQUIPMENT TITLE TRANSFER- The successful bidder shall be responsible for all cost incurred for title transfer as may be required, if any. All equipment offered for sale within this contract is currently owned and maintained by Richland Borough, Pennsylvania
PRE-BID INSPECTION- All equipment offered for sale may be inspected on site Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00AM and 2:00PM at the Public Works Garage 5 Pine st Richland PA 17087 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Equipment is offered for sale "AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES" the successful bidder, upon making payment and taking ownership, shall be responsible for removal and all costs incurred for removal of said equipment. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the equipment. Delivery is not available. Richland Borough is not responsible for equipment once it has left the Borough property. In the event the successful bidder is unable to schedule removal of equipment at time of purchase, special exceptions must be agreed upon.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. - Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
