Item Description
This auction is for a 2010 Chevy Tahoe with a 5.3L, V8 engine and an automatic transmission. This vehicle did start with a boost, inside door panels removed, and missing right rear door handle. This vehicle was previously used by the state of New Jersey. Winning bidder will receive a clean title and keys.
The condition of all surplus vehicles and equipment is unknown and the surplus unit does not receive information/history on vehicles/equipment turned in for surplus. Bidders are strongly advised to read and understand the terms of the sale and to avail themselves of the opportunity to inspect vehicles/equipment in person. The operability (whether they start and run or not) at the time of sale of this and all surplus vehicles/equipment is never guaranteed and not to be expected.
Removal Instructions: The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
