Payment must be made to Boston Public Health Commission/ EMS via certified bank check prior to taking possession of vehicle. The winning bidder will have 5 days to remove vehicle from lot. All Sales final, vehicles will need to be towed from lot, or insurance binder required, no attaching plates. No warranty expressed or implied, vehicles/ equipment "SOLD AS IS."
Item Description
2005 Chevy C4500 Rack Truck with 8,741 original miles. 17,500 GVW. Truck used for transporting equipment to and from events, 4th of July, Marathon, parades, etc. Body and interior in good shape, truck runs good. Left headlight missing, metal brake line leaking brake fluid, truck will need to be towed. Purchased new enclosed box truck to replace the rack truck. Truck has 16' rack body, wood deck in good shape, equipped with Anthony lift gate. Heavy duty front push bumper, a/c, cruise control, tilt wheel,152" wheel base, 225/70R19.5 tires, dual rear wheels, dual diesel fuel tanks, 25 +15 gallon, 150 amp alternator. Truck is equipped with the very dependable 6.6 DURAMAX DIESEL and Allison 1000 automatic transmission, NO DPF (diesel particulate filter), not equipped on a 2005. Vehicle is being sold "AS IS" and "WITH ANY AND ALL FAULTS." No warranty implied or expressed, Boston EMS is not a used car dealer, All sales final. Truck must be towed due to leaking brake line.

- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
