Item Description
2009 Ford Explorer. Has been used as a township police vehicle since new. 4.0 L V6, This vehicle is not a police package but is equipped with some police features such as partition behind front seat and bars on side windows of rear doors. The lights and sirens are still in place,they will be removed if a non law enforcement individual is the successful bidder.The car has 126,982 miles and is currently inspected through the end of May 2024. The drivers seat has a couple small holes. The rest of the interior is in good condition. There is some rust as pictured on the rocker panels under the back doors. I strongly recommend that you view this vehicle in person and drive it around the property. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model, year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever. Successful bidders are responsible for all fees associated with the title, transfer and licensing.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
