Item Description
2008 GMC Sierra 3500HD that was used as a park department vehicle since it was purchased as a new vehicle. It is an extended cab with a utility bed, a 6.0 L V8 engine, 4WD, and automatic transmission. The vehicle has been services every 3,000 miles and currently has 49,931 miles. The vehicle has a Blizzard Snow plow with extendable wings. The check engine light and air bag light are both on and there is a leak at the right rear axle seal. The inspection ran out in 2023 but it runs and drives well.
Elizabethtown Borough made an attempt to accurately describe this vehicle. The vehicle sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties implied. CAVEAT EMPTOR. Appointment only Monday – Friday to view the vehicle. Vehicle title must be transferred and picked up by May 3, 2024. Purchaser is responsible for all transfer and transportation costs. Certified check or money order, made payable to Borough of Elizabethtown, is required at time vehicle is transferred.

The cab doesn't have any rust but the utility body has some minor rust in a few areas. The underneath has surface rust on the frame and other areas but not rusted through on the frame or any other areas.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
