All vehicles/equipment are retired government/military surplus or confiscated and impound vehicles from local law enforcement. Previous title history may be marked flood, salvage, TMU, mileage discrepancies, etc. Titles, keys, service history may not be available. Engine problems, transmission problems and frame damage may not be stated. Emergency vehicles with lights, sirens, decals that appear in the photos may have these items removed without notice. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to do their own physical inspection and run their own Carfax. By placing a bid, you have acknowledged and agreed to these terms. Everything is sold "As Is". No adjustments, credits or refunds will be issued. All sales are final! All vehicles must be picked up and removed by tow truck or trailer only. No vehicles will be permitted to be driven from the lot. All titles and bills of sale will be marked with winning bid price and issued to the winning bidders name as registered with municibid.
No additional pictures will be posted, no additional information will be added. Public inspection is At DPW 836 Ridge Rd. on Friday 12/8/23 11am - 3pm or Monday 12/11/23 8am - Noon, or by appointment (email akenny@brickpd.com or call 732-262-1087).
Pick-up will be on December 20 between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm or by appointment only. All vehicles shall be removed no later than 12/22/23, or be subject to forfeiting the sale, with no refund.
Auction runs from 12/6/23 8:00am to 12/13/23 4:00pm.
