Item Description
Up for bid is a 2000 48' Great Dane semi-trailer that has been converted for use as a portable classroom. This trailer has a built-in 7.5kW Onon generator with 270 hours on it and a remote switch inside the trailer. There is a powered retractable awning on one side of the trailer and the interior is wired with lights and power receptacles. This would make a great semi-permanent farm stand or food truck for anyone who has that entrepreneurial drive to own their own business.

"Is the trailer road worthy? tires? brakes? When was last time it was used transported? Thank you" - Asked by #56172725 09/03/2023 09:04 AM |
A: |
The trailer was moved from Boston to Farmington in 2019, sat at our Public Works Facility until the fall 2021 when it was moved to our firing range. It has not been moved since then. The tires should be good enough to move it from there, but probably need to be replaced before hauling any type of load in it.
