Item Description
2007 GMC Sierra 2500 4 door with 6.5ft bed, a 6.0 L V8 and 4WD and automatic transmission. This vehicle was used as a public works vehicle since new. Vehicle has been serviced every 3,000 miles. It has an amber safety strobe on roof and strobes in taillights and grill. It also comes with an 8’ Western Pro snow plow. It has 104,875 miles and runs well. Miles will increase as it is still in service. Little rust on tailgate but the rest of vehicle is good. This vehicle has a catalytic converter code and a tire sensor code. Vehicle is currently inspected through 10/2020. Borough logo will be removed from the vehicle prior to sale. We have made an attempt to accurately describe this vehicle.
This vehicle is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties implied. CAVEAT EMPTOR. Vehicle can be seen by appointment only Monday - Friday. Vehicle title must be transferred and picked up by September 18, 2020. Certified check or money order at time vehicle is transferred.
Other:
- Purchaser is responsible for all transfer and transportation costs.
- Sale will not be finalized until approved by Elizabethtown Borough Council. Bid results will be reviewed with council on September 3, 2020.
- Winning bidder will be notified by Elizabethtown Borough.
- Elizabethtown Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Pictures will be posted later this week of the engine and under the truck. Also, you have the option to come in person to view the truck, just give us a call to schedule a time.
Shortly after the truck was purchased, the bed of the truck was replaced due to a minor bed liner accident. No other accidents occurred.
The truck was not used for pulling a trailer.

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
