Item being sold AS IS Where IS. Certified Check made out to East Lampeter Township due at time of pickup. Item will be voted on March 18, 2024 at evening Supervisors Meeting, Approved winning Bid item will be available for pickup after 10:00am on March 19th, 2024 thru March 26, 2024 at 2:00pm. Pick up hours 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday thru Friday. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. East Lampeter Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
Item Description
East Lampeter Township selling a 2000 GMC SL 2500 4x4 Pickup truck with a western snow plow. Some truck features include 5.7L Gas Engine, Automatic Transmission, Manual Windows and Locks, Hitch with Trailer Brake Controller, Air Conditioning, Pipe Racks, Mileage 133,695 “Will Change as Truck is Still in Service”, Sliding Rear Window, 8’ 1” Stahl Utility Body, Inspected till 5-2020, Vinyl Floor and Seat, Complete Set of Service Records, Directional Arrow Stick with Controller, AM/FM Radio, 4x4 Shifter on Floor, Full Size Spare Tire.
The vehicle will be sold in AS IS and WHERE IS condition. Purchaser will be responsible for all title transfer costs. Title transfer will take place at the site of East Lampeter Township's choice.
A pre-bid inspection will be provided to interested parties from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 6, 2020. Prospective bidders shall be permitted to inspect the vehicle at the township office located at 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602.

I physically looked at it and there is minimal rust. Some on the utility body but minimal on the frame. I would ask you to look at it on August 6th at the Twp. Bldg. between 1:00 and 3:00pm.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
