Item Description
The dump truck engine has approximately 6,676 hours. The dump truck has a 250 HP Caterpillar engine with a 7 speed spicer transmission. The truck runs good and has air brakes, air drivers seat, air conditioned cab and tires (fair condition). The dump bed is 10' with a tarp - bed has some rust and tailgate latch works hard. The plow is a 10' Gledhill Power Angel Plow with a new carbide cutting edge installed in February 2019. The spreader is a 10' Henderson Chief V Box Spreader - stainless steel with some rust. Overall, the truck is in fair condition and does have some air leaks. Truck has a current state inspection, truck is available to view between the hours of 6:00am - 2:00pm.
This item will be offered and sold "As Is, Where Is". Bids must be received by Thursday, April 14, 2022 . Successful bidders shall make full payment by cash, cashier's check or money order payable to Union Township. Winning bidder is responsible for transportation costs and must remove the vehicle within seven (7) days of being awarded the bid. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
