Payment Details
Upon notification of award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the City within ten (10) business days or the bid will be forfeited and the next highest bidder may be offered the bid award. Only cash; or a certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to the City of Greensburg shall be accepted forms of payment. Payment shall be delivered to the following address: City Administration Office, City of Greensburg, 416 S. Main Street, Greensburg, PA 15601. Questions regarding payment should be directed to Angela at 724-838-4324 during normal business hours, M-F, 8 AM to 4 PM. The successful bidder shall make arrangements one day in advance to have the item picked up within ten (10) business days after award notification unless alternate arrangements are approved by the City.
Item Description
For sale is a used 2000 GMC Dump Truck with 99,604 miles. It includes plow rigging but has no plow and no bed. It has had some light body work started on it and was sanded on the outside. It was in use up until October of 2019. Has glad hands in the rear for towing trailers with air brakes.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A FIRE IN OCTOBER 2019. THERE IS SMOKE DAMAGE AND MINIMAL HEAT DAMAGE. THE INTERIOR ALSO HAS SMOKE DAMAGE. SOLD AS IS!

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
