The item listed is a Heat Siphon Z700 Pool Heat Pump. The item was used for 3 seasons then put into dry storage. No expressed or implied warranties. North Fayette Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Successful bidder must be prepared to pay the amount due as a certified check payable to North Fayette Township before or at the time of pick-up. Buyer also responsible for all transaction costs, buyer premiums, state fees, and notary costs.

The item listed is a Heat Siphon Z700 Pool Heat Pump. It is a 2014 model. It has a digital control panel but i am not sure if it has a timer. The pool closed in 2017 so it was put in dry storage.
