Item Description
2012 JCB 426Ht Wheel Loader Serial # JCB42600E01789825 with a 165 HP, 6 cylinder turbocharged, Tier 3 diesel engine serial # 22057501, 20.5-R25 L3 radial tires, enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning, limited slip axles with powershift automatic transmission. Standard loader arms with one auxilary hydraulic service, 3 spool, 860 lb rear counterweight, optional wide rear fender kit, 110 volt block heater. JCB 2.7 yard Quickhitch bucket with bolt on cutting edge and 48"x 5"x 2" Quickhitch pallet forks. Smooth Ride System for road travel. AM/FM Stereo. Cab was recently replaced due to corrosion. No major engine work has been done, routine maintenance has been performed at recommended service intervals. One defective fuel injector was replaced in 2015. Machine currently has 2070 hours and is still in use so hours will increase proir to sale. This machine will not be available for pickup until sometime in late January or February 2020 following delivery of our new machine. To inspect this machine, please contact Tony Barbarino at 724-625-1636x114 or email to tbarbarino@twp.pine.pa.us from 7:00am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Sale of this machine is scheduled for approval at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Monday January 20, 2020, however, the Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids at their descretion. This machine is sold on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis and has no written or implied warranties. The machine must be picked up within 7 days following notification of availibility. The machine is located at the Township of Pine Municipal Building 230 Pearce Mill Road Wexford, PA 15090

The Board of Supervisors for the Township, rejected the bids at the last meeting and I can only assume it was because the amount we were looking to get, wasn't reached.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.
- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
