Payment is due within 5 business days of notification from Upper Augusta Township to the successful bidder. Accepted forms of payment will be certified check or cashiers check only made payable to Upper Augusta Township. Cash or personal check will not be accepted forms of payment. Removal of item from township premises shall be at time of payment.
Item Description
2005 John Deere 344H wheel loader with 102hp 4045T turbocharged John deere engine. 1743 current hours which will increase till close of auction as loader is still in current use. 2 yd pin on bucket with replaceable bolt on cutting edge, joystick control, heated cab (NO Air conditioning), ride control, 17.5R25 radial tires were new in March of 2016. 2 speed hydrostatic drive transmission. Shed kept machine purchased new by the township.
Loader is being sold AS IS/ WHERE IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Sale of loader will be voted on at the December 16th regular township board of supervisors meeting. Winning bidder will be notified by the township of accepted successful bid after results are voted on. Township reserves the right to accept and or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities that may be in the townships best interests. Upon notification to the successful bidder payment is due to the township within 5 business days. Removal of machine from township premises shall be at time of payment. Machine is available for inspection at the township building between the hours of 7am and 3pm monday through friday by appointment only. For appointments call the township office at 570-286-0912 monday through friday between the hours of 7am and 3pm.

The bucket is a pin on , not a quick attach. The machine does not have a radio. Thank you

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
