Boom certification expired a year and a half ago; inspection expired 3/18. Bucket is 55 foot and has a 52 foot high reach.

The boom reaches 52 foot high; nothing major needed. However, dielectric test on the boom failed.

The dielectric part of the boom normally tests at 46,000 volts for a certain period of time and it is unable to hold that current amount for that period of time.

The vehicle has not been used in awhile; possibly would need a new battery or jump start. Once started it is driveable and could make 500 miles but it is out of inspection.
