Payment must be made in full within 15 days after the end of the auction with money order, or certified check payable to The City of Easton. The item must be removed within 15 days of auction close. Must be picked up between the hours of 7:00 am and 2:30 pm Monday-Friday. Everything sold by the City of Easton is sold AS-IS.
Item Description
2005 BMW X5 with 159512 miles. Was in service until 4/2019. Currently the battery will not hold a charge but will run and drive when jump started. Known issues are a drain on the battery likely related to the after market radio and associated wiring and a noise from the L/f hub bearing .Also the control head is missing buttons shown in pictures. This vehicle is being sold as is, and inspection is as always recommended.

left front inner and outer tie rods,front control arms, right front hub bearing

The radio is aftermarket but seems to work as it should we do not know of any problems with the door locks is there a particular issue that you would like us to check for you ?

No warning lights currently on it can be driven with a jump start. It was removed due to maintenance and repair cost.

It would need to be inspected since it has been out of service since April . This vehicle was used by or police department.

Our Buyers Fees

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
