Truck, 2000 Ford F-150 Vin# 1FTPF18LOYNB95498. This vehicle is being sold for parts only as the hood is seized shut. The engine is a 5.4L V8, gas and the condition is unknown. Due to the hood being seized shut the mileage, battery condition, automatic transmission is unknown. The drivetrain is a 4 Wheel Drive and the linkage is seized. Basically the condition of this vehicle is unknown as we are not able to start the vehicle, it does not run. The exterior is green, no cracked window glass, there are dents, scratches, and ding. The tires are dry rot with 8/32 tread and 4 hubcaps. The body has rust and rot and decals have been sprayed over. The bed of the truck also has holes and rust. The bed cap has no visible outside damage, the inside has not been inspected as there is a hornet’s nest in the bed of the truck someplace. The interior is grey with torn vinyl bench seat and there are holes in the dash from a 2-way radio. There is a AM/FM radio in truck and the condition of the radio. The air conditioning condition is also unknown. This vehicle has dual airbags and power steering.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Hopewell Township, NJ (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for inaccurate or misleading description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

Hold Harmless. Prior to removal of asset the buyer shall sign a "Hold Harmless Agreement"

1. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Township of Hopewell, Mercer County NJ, the Township Committee of the Township of Hopewell, and all if its officers, agents and employees of and from any and all liability for damages for injury to person and property, including death, and against and from all suits and actions and all costs, damages and changes of whatsoever kind and nature, including attorneys’ fees to which the Township may be put for or on account of any injury or alleged injury to person, including death, or property, resulting from the performance of the Buyer’s operations under this Contract, or by or in consequence of any neglect or omission of the part of the Buyer in the performance of operations under this purchase, whether such operations, or the absence thereof, be by the Buyer, or anyone directly or indirectly helping the Buyer.
2. Buyer shall hold the Township of Hopewell harmless for damages to the Buyer’s equipment utilized during the term of this Contract.

Removal Instructions:

Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the PAID RECEIPT Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Hopewell Township requires vehicle to be towed or trailered from property. No assistant will be given to start vehicle, shall bring your own jump pack. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
