Item Description
The Borough of Clarks Green will be selling 1981 International dump truck, straight 6 diesel, automatic transmission, aluminum dump box, Reg GVW 38,000lbs., Comb GVW 58,000 lbs., with 80,132 miles. Truck is operational but cab mounts are rusted out and will not pass inspection in current condition. Truck can be viewed at the Clarks Green Municipal Building, 104 North Abington Road, Clarks Green, PA between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Bidder must be able to pay full purchase price within 10 days following the acceptance of bid by borough council which is anticipated to occur on September 18, 2019. the online auction will run from September 4, 2019 through September 16, 2019. the minimum bid will be $851.00. the Borough reserves the right to reject any and all online bids.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
