Payment shall be made in the form of Cash or Certified Check payable to Northshore Education Consortium within 10 days of Notice of Award. The winning bidder agrees to pay for and remove all items won at bid within 10 business days of the award unless other arrangements are made in advance. Payments shall be mailed or delivered to Attn: Monique Bourgault, Northshore Education Consortium, 112 Sohier Road Beverly, MA 01915. The sale of this item is being conducted within the rules and regulations of MA General Law Ch. 30b Rule for Award: The surplus supplies will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the highest price for the item described in this auction. The Northshore Education Consortium reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is determined to be in the best interest of Northshore Education Consortium to do so. Prior to pick-up, the winning bidder must sign a Non-Collusion Form.

This (39) passenger school bus with a wheelchair lift. It is currently registered and has a state inspection. The bus was in use until 5/31/19 and is being sold "as-is". The bus will not pass the RMV inspection in July and may not pass MA State Inspection in August without exhaust work. The air brake main tanks were replaced in 2017. New Ricon lift installed in 2014. First two rows of seats on ither side include built-in child safety seats. All seating for 39 passengers included with the bus as well as 2 sets wheelchair tie-downs. Air conditioning and air ride driver seat. Maintained regularly with maintenance records available. 6 Cyl, 6.7L diesel engine and Allison Transmission 6310778713 with no know problems. Chassis is in good condition with limited rust for its age.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
