Item Description
The Borough of Hamburg is selling a 2003 Ford F350XL four wheel drive truck. The Vehicle is equipped with a fully functional plow set up. The vehicle was removed from service through normal fleet vehicle attrition. There are no check engine lights on and the vehicle was regularly maintained. The truck shows normal signs of wear for a vehicle of its age. There is a little rust over the rear wheels, that is blistering currently. The vehicle runs and drives fine. The plow and attachment is included in the truck. The plow does function. It was a wing plow that we welded to stay open as this better met our needs. The plow is fully functional. To change it back to its original configuration wouold simply take a little time to cut the plate out of the front of the plow. The tool box in the back of the truck also is included with the sale of the truck. Tires will pass a state inspection in their current state. The vehicle is inspected until 4/2019. It is a full one ton pickup truck. Transmission is an automatic.
This is an as is/where is auction. We have attempted to disclose everything known about this vehicle. There are no warranties expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for all title transfer and registration fees at the conclusion of the transaction. Vehicle Dealers will be responsible for providing a copy of their respective Dealer License for legal re-assignemnt of title.
Payment is by Certified Bank Funds (BANK DRAFT-CASHIER CHECK, ETC.) or Cash payable at the Hamburg Borough Hall 61 North Third Street, Hamburg PA 19526.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
