Payment Details: The successful bidder shall make payment payable to Lower Macungie Township, 3400 Brookside Rd, Macungie, PA 18062. Payment can be made in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, money order or credit card. All credit card payments will include a fee of 3% of the sale price + $1.50 processing fee. Payment must be in full, at time of pickup, which shall be no later than ten (10) working days from the time and date of the Notice of Award. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. Winning bid is pending approval by Lower Macungie Township administration. Lower Macungie Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the township.

1993 Simon Duplex LTI 100’ rear mount 100’ aerial platform. Truck model: ST2000, Detroit Diesel 92 power 8 cylinder 475HP engine (model 8V92TADDEC) with automatic transmission. Hd740 Allison transmission. 1000 lb ladder capacity, Onan 12KW generator, brand new drive tires and brakes.
Ladder inspections were completed/certified in February 2018 by independent testing company.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
