Item Description
1998 Trane Series R Air-Colled Rotary Liquid Chiller 80 Tons, Model RTAA-80. This chiller is presently installed at the Mansfield Town Hall and is being replaced with new updated unit. The chiller has worked well over the years and worked all season on 1 circuit whereas the second circuit was disabled due to a failure in that circuit. It appears the compressor needs replacement in circuit 2. The unit runs on 208V-3 phase and is all complete. The unit has the lead blanket kits on the compressors for noise reduction. We are in the process of removing this unit in next couple weeks and can load with a crane onto your truck if the timing is correct. The unit always ran water and not gychol.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
