Payment Details
Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Wilmington Township Mercer County in the form of cashier's check or money order made payable to Wilmington Township Mercer County, 35 Auction Road, New Wilmington PA 16142. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and award to the vendor of its choice.

Wilmington Township, Mercer County, as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the mechanicability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Snow blower is being sold on an "As Is" basis.

Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up snow blower. Delivery is not available. Township not responsible for snow blower once it has left township property.
Snow blower can be picked up at the township building located at 35 Auction Road, New Wilmington PA 16142.
Bid will be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled for December 12, 2018, 7:30 p.m.
Payment Instructions:
The successful bidder shall make payment to Wilmington Township Mercer County in the form of cash, cashier's check, or money order, made payable to Wilmington Township Mercer County, 35 Auction Road, New Wilmington, PA 16142.

It works with a 3 point hitch but the spout is hydraulic so it turns both ways.

Our tractor is 60 or 70 HP and it runs it. I really don't know otherwise.

We just started it and greased it up. It is working great. As far as how old it is...it was donated to the township around 2002 and was used when it was given to us. We really don't have an idea how old it is. I'm sorry.

Example:
If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.
- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
