West Bradford Township, as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Truck being sold on an “As Is” basis
Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to West Bradford Township in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order, made payable to West Bradford Township,1385 Campus Drive, Downingtown PA 19335. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and award to the vendor of its choice.
Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up truck. Delivery is not available. Township not responsible for truck once it has left township property.
Truck can be picked up at the township garage located at 1385 Campus Drive, Downingtown PA 19335.
Bid will be awarded at the regularly scheduled Supervisors meeting scheduled for December 11th, 2018
