Item Description
This Kawai UST7 Walnut Satin piano was one of Kawai's most popular studio upright pianos for many years. It's 46" height gives it a nice big sound and the Kawai "Ultra-responsive" action gives it a good touch. It's walnut satin finish gives it clean and simple lines, as well as making its warm color suitable for any decor. It will be a great piano for a multitude of players, from beginner to more advanced. It would also serve well as a piano for a teaching studio or practice room. It does have some minor wear and tear due to being in a school setting, but the performance of the piano is still in great shape.

"Hi,
I am interesre in the piano and looking for a piano for my kid who starts learning piano. May I know more further details as below?
1 .how old is the piano?
2 is the series 1788880?
3. how many does the pedals?
4. will the piano bench be included?
I would like to make appointments to check out the piano? However, I will be away two weeks from holidays. I am not sure if I can make appointments in mid November to check it out?

I don't have an exact age on the Piano but I believe it is about 10 years old. The series # is 1788886. The Piano Bench is included. I think there are 3 pedals.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. - Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
