3.         Payment must be by Certified Check made payable to the Borough of Mantoloking at the time of pick-up.

4.          The Borough reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids and to award in part or whole if deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough.

5.         All items sold, shall be removed from the Borough within 14 days from acceptance of the bid.  Items not removed shall be deemed abandoned and, at its election, forfeited to the Borough for disposal without accounting or refund.

It is rusted. Not all the way through.

We replaced some of the brake lines this summer, however, we did not take wheels off to check anything else.
