Item Description
We have a 2001 International 4900 (6x4) truck in good condition. The truck has a Stellare Shuttle Off Load System installed which includes a 1800 gallon steel Vac Tank and a 10 cubic yard steel Dump body w/electric roll up tarp system. This truck has an Allison Transmission (Model MD3060). The GVWR is 48,000 lbs, front axle is 14,000 lbs and the rear axle is 34,000 lbs. The rears are 11R 22.5. There is 2703.9 hours on this vehicle. The vehicle is 22' long (26' with tank body) and 7' 8" wide and 10' in height. This truck has served us well and has been maintained throughout the years we had it. This truck is being sold AS IS with NO GUARANTEES or WARRANTIES. All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Equipment must be moved by appointment only. Appointments must be made 24-hours in advance. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading and transportation of the equipment. There will be no assistance provided. No liability or responsibility will fall on Stewartstown Borough Authority during and/or after removal of items. Winning bidding must pick up items within 10-business days after the offer is accepted. If items are not collected within 15-days they will be re-listed.

Hi Gary,
This is the best way for me to answer this question. We "primarily used this unit to flush manholes and/or suction out of our collection stations. There have been situations where we've used it that we suctioned grit/gravel, with that being said we always cleaned out the tank. We have not had any major issues and the entire unit is in great condition and will serve someone well. Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. - Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
