Item Description
You are bidding on: AMERICAN ROAD MACHINERY LEAF COLLECT WITH STEEL BOX. The box fits the F550 being sold as part of another auction on Municibid.
Leaf Collector has a 4 Cylinder engine and is in working condition and was last used in the Fall 2017 for Township leaf collection.

All items sold “as-is” with no warranty expressed or implied. South Heidelberg Township (“Township”) expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality of and performance of the items of property is with the bidder. The Township strongly recommend bidders inspect items prior to bidding. In no case will failure to inspect constitute grounds for the withdrawal of a bid. Successful bidders are responsible for all fees associated with the title transfer and licensing. Bidders attending during exhibition, inspection, sale or removal of items assume all risks of injury, damage or loss to person and/or property and specifically release the Township from liability therefrom. The South Heidelberg Township Board of Supervisors reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bidders are responsible for all fees associated with the title, transfer and licensing and removal of items. Winning bidder will be notified within three (3) days of the award of bid by the Board of Supervisors at its July 24, 2018 Meeting.
Bidders shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Township, its officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all losses, costs (including, but not limited to, litigation and settlement costs and counsel fees and expenses), claims, suits, actions, damages, liability and expenses, occasioned wholly or in part by bidder’s act or omission or negligence or fault or the act or omission or negligence or fault of bidder’s agents, subcontractors, independent contractors, suppliers, employees or servants in connection with participation in Township online property sale and any other activities governed by these terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, those in connection with loss of life, bodily injury, personal injury, damage to property, contamination or adverse effects on the environment, intentional acts, failure to pay such any subcontractors and suppliers, or any breach of these terms and conditions.

The measurements are 10 feet 3 inches long and 5 feet high, 6 feet, 8 inches wide. And this fits the F550 we are also selling on Municibid. Our mechanic stated the body could be trimmed if taken to shop to adjust/weld it. Thanks.

I'm not sure I understand the question. When we have used this the Public Works staff have lifted the box onto our F550. If you needed help loading this onto a truck/trailer I'm sure our Public Works staff could assist with that.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. - Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
