Has a constant whining noise that we think is coming from the rear, but does run and drive. Needs exhaust work. Body has some rust and dents
This vehicle is being sold "AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS". There are no warranties either expressed or implied. Inspection of vehicle on site at Upper Makefield Township, 1076 Eagle Road, Newtown, PA 18940 between the hours of 9 a.m. through 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Payment must be made with CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER at time of pickup. Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the Notification of Award. Winning bid will be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting on July 17, 2018. Winning bidder is responsible for any transportation costs for picking up this vehicle. State inspection expired May 2018. No other information is available on this vehicle.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
