This equipment is being sold in “as is” condition. No warranties are expressed or implied. The township reserves the right to reject all bids. The equipment must be picked up within 10 days of the close of the auction. Payment will be made at time of pick up. Payment can be made by cash, certified check, money order or cashier’s check. Buyer is also responsible for all fees in regards to title transfer.
Item Description
Up for auction is a prime, 1 owner, 1971 Galion Grader that's been garage kept all of its life. Powered by a screaming Detroit 6-71 That only has 4643 hours, Heck, its just getting broke in! There are a few hydraulic leaks on a few cylinders, while its sitting, waiting for the next big project. It's been out the door for one job, since it got a new cutting edge on the moldboard. The tires on the rear are, 2 new, and 2 80%, fronts are about 40%. Has a new brake master cylinder. O'le Bessy is ready to work!! It's got a power shift transmission with a torque converter, lights, beacons, turn signals. Machine runs and operates as it should, for the many years of experience it holds. Machine has no Title, just bill of sale.

It was rarely run in the winter and was started from inside. It does not have an ether habit.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
